Last Two Inches of Sky

This project involved designing a poster based on Last Two Inches of Sky, an album by Norwegian musicians Jan Bang and Eivind Aarset, known for their innovative sampling and collaboration. The album’s layered sound, blending light, shade, color, and a Jamaican bass beat, served as inspiration.

The goal was to create a conceptual poster that visually captures the album’s atmosphere. Using a window with escaping light as the central image, the design symbolizes the rhythmic patterns throughout the music and reflects the artists’ belief that every listener should form their own interpretation.
